Sinkhole is a literary magazine dedicated to innovative and experimental written works. We accept essays, stories, poems, and book reviews. We interview writers about the writing process—how they engage with form, writers who have shaped their work, and personal literary goals and ideals.
Joan Didion says, “He wrote perfect sentences, too, but very indirect, very complicated. Sentences with sinkholes. You could drown in them.”
Sinkhole is edited by Emma Raddatz and Liz Cettina.
